A few years ago the world went crazy for tickle me Elmo, the adorable doll for kids who love Elmo and adults with a tickle fetish. We didn’t have an Elmo when I was growing up. We had Grover, the adorable blue monster that was more like Screech than Elmo. Grover was actually the first Sesame Street character to get an app based on his finest performance portraying “The Waiter” in the Alphabet Soup sketch.
