Way back in 2003 I feel in love with XM Radio. Living in LA and spending 2 hours in my car going to and from work each day made me realize how awful Los Angeles radio really is. XM was going to save me from the constant barrage of commercials, DJ jibber jabber, and the dozens of foreign language stations that filled the airwaves. It did save my sanity, but the cost was definitely a painful reminder that nothing really good comes free.
